Government of Gujarat, Labour and Employment Department has issued a notification dated: 27/12/2017 for maintenance of combined Registers and deleted several forms under following Rules;

It is also stated under the notification that in case of maintenance of Registers electronically then layout and presentation of Registers may be adjusted without changing the integrity, serial numbers and contents of the columns of the register.
